Counseling
Sometimes we are really struggling and need professional counseling on an individual or couples basis (for anxiety, depression, ADHD, serious relationship issues, etc.). With over 30 years experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I would be honored
to consider counseling you.
(Note: Due to state licensing restrictions, you must live in the state where I am licensed, Texas, for me to provide counseling for you. Coaching, however, does not have this restriction.)
Coaching
If you’re having a problem in life, congratulations! It means you’re alive! ALL of us experience challenges in life. The question is ... are you willing to do something about it? If you’re experiencing a problem that isn’t severe (suicide, affair, impending divorce, personality disorder, etc), then coaching may be perfect for you! Allow me to guide you through a process of understanding and then achieving your goals in life.
